At about age 6 month, growths  will changed your baby’s habit and eat’s time. Back muscle and neck possible have strong enough to sit at eat ’s chair. Hand coordination and mouth make your baby possible to use a cup. Its enthusiasm of food, ability munch make baby start can eat by them self .
