1. Milk.

4. Egg.

When your baby have age 7 months, baby food more various. You can introduce egg to your baby .But before giving it, paying attention beforehand do there any reaction of allergy after its few days, like itching or diarrhoea

5. Fish.

As source of protein, fish very good to child, besides its smooth, also have essential vitamin. Fish can be present with other food, for example mixed at rice porridge or pure

6. Fruits.

In age 6 months, we can introduce variety of vegetables. You can chop this vegetables. If we like to braise vegetable, better be cooked in a short time. The water have to boil beforehand. So vitamin content in vegetable not follow castaway with water

 

9. Cheese.

Cheese is rich of calcium. Some cheese’s type like cheddar or edam, compatible to be mix into your baby’s food.
