Fish Nugget

 

Ingredients :

200 gr fish

1 slices of bread

1 egg

salt

pepper

25 gr cheeses

bread flour

1 protein

Cooking oil

 

Cooking Directions :

1. Blend fish, bread and egg with blender smoothly. Add salt, pepper and cheese then stir it.

2. Take a mold then nub with oil, pour 1 cm dough then steam it. Take it then made it cool.

3. Take out the fish dough then slices it. Put it into a bread flour and protein, then put it again in a bread flour.

4. Fry it with cooking oil until it done.

5. Serve it.
