| Chicken Liver Steam Rice |

Ingredients : 20 gr rice 635 ml water 25 gr chicken livers ) 50 gr toufu ) cut into small pieces 25 gr tomatoes ) 25 gr kangkung, slice into smooth slices salt 1 teaspoon margarine
Cooking Directions : 1. Braise rice with water, chicken livers and toufu, stir it at the same time until it become mush. 2. Add tomatoes and kangkung. Cook well. 3. Add salt and margarine. 4. Place it into a bowl. When it cool serve it. |
